Recently, Karen began to follow a life long dream of writing and illustrating a children’s picture book. With the arrival of her Chihuahua puppy, Taco, it gave her a perfect subject for a book. As the puppy grew, the book “A Taco for Julie” emerged from the daily antics of this little dog exploring the world around her.
